About

A Family Plumbing Business with Ethical Practices

In 2003 Lisa and Mark Johnson united their talents — her small business background and his New Jersey Master Plumber license — and founded their own business, Patriot Plumbing Services LLC.Mark became interested in plumbing while working part-time for a plumbing company during college in Pittsburgh. He found field work more gratifying than sitting behind a desk, so after graduation he pursued his plumbing license — and now has 25 years in the business. Lisa started out in accounting, then went to work for the owner of several small businesses, including construction and equipment rental businesses. There she honed administrative and customer service skills. Her next career move took her into credit management for a pipe manufacturing company. Their collaboration puts Mark in the field with a talented crew of plumbing technicians and Lisa inside, managing the business and connecting with customers. And therein lies one of the big differences in dealing with Patriot Plumbing Services: When you call, during business hours, you speak with a live person — that’s unusual for a plumbing business. If the phones are busy, it’s not long before your call is returned. Prompt, friendly, professional and responsive customer service is a top priority.
