About

A Family Plumbing Business with Ethical Practices

In 2003 Lisa and Mark Johnson united their talents — her small business background and his New Jersey Master Plumber license — and founded their own business, Patriot Plumbing Services LLC.Mark became interested in plumbing while working part-time for a plumbing company during college in Pittsburgh. He found field work more gratifying than sitting behind a desk, so after graduation he pursued his plumbing license — and now has 25 years in the business. Lisa started out in accounting, then went to work for the owner of several small businesses, including construction and equipment rental businesses. There she honed administrative and customer service skills. Her next career move took her into credit management for a pipe manufacturing company. Their collaboration puts Mark in the field with a talented crew of plumbing technicians and Lisa inside, managing the business and connecting with customers. And therein lies one of the big differences in dealing with Patriot Plumbing Services: When you call, during business hours, you speak with a live person — that’s unusual for a plumbing business. If the phones are busy, it’s not long before your call is returned. Prompt, friendly, professional and responsive customer service is a top priority.

Why Choose Patriot Plumbing Services?

  • Quality work at competitive prices: We use the latest technology and methods, work efficiently and charge reasonable prices — we’re not a flat-rate plumbing contractor, with prices based on worst-case scenarios; as a result, Patriot Plumbing often is the more cost-effective option.
  • Variety of services: We address the varied needs of both residential and commercial customers, from installations, repairs and maintenance to remodeling, additions and new construction. Specialties include water treatment to resolve a host of water-related issues and hot water boiler and steam boiler installations for hydronic heating (i.e., hot water baseboard, steam radiator and radiant heat).
  • Professionalism: We strive for excellence in all we do. Our employees train continuously and regularly attend manufacturers’ seminars. Highly skilled and knowledgeable, they work clean, respect your property and take pride in their craftsmanship. Everyone at Patriot Plumbing will communicate courteously with you, explain what we’re doing and why, and keep you informed as your project progresses.
  • Reliability: We keep our appointments and our word, make thoughtful recommendations with your best interests in mind, and stand behind everything we do.
  • Integrity: We’re immensely proud of Patriot Plumbing Services’ longstanding reputation for ethical business practices. We aim for transparency in every interaction with our customers, employees and business colleagues.
  • Consideration: We respect your time and give a three-hour window for service calls. Our next step will be automating the field so we can narrow that window even more for customers on tight schedules.
  • Value: We take pride in delivering a level of service quality that customers believe is well worth what they’ve paid us.
